Our minimum service charge for a Desktop Computer is Rs. 499/- This covers the basic diagnostic and repair services. However, please note that any additional hardware repair or replacement costs will be charged separately. In the event that the system starts functioning properly after performing card level service, there will be no extra charges. However, if chip level repairing of the hardware is required, additional charges or the cost of replacement parts will apply.

What is the scope of your AMC Service? We cover hardware service.

Yes, we do replace most faulty parts on site for desktop PCs. However, for laptops, the feasibility of on-site replacement depends on the model and specific case. Some laptop models may require off-site repair, so we offer a pickup service for laptop repairs.

What are your working hours? We work from 10.30 AM to 7.30 PM Monday to Saturday except government and national holidays

Approximately within 1-2 hrs based on call load. Service calls booked before 5.30 PM are attended same day. In case of Call Load, Calls booked after 5.30 PM are attended on next working day. Subject to Slot Availability

Orders placed after Saturday 12:00 PM will be processed for shipment on the following Monday. Orders are not shipped on weekends or national holidays. Delivery times may vary by state and are calculated as working days, excluding holidays. Free shipping is available for a limited time on select products. We ship domestically through registered courier companies and government speed post. Currently, we do not ship internationally. Orders are shipped within 1-3 working days or as per the agreed delivery date at order confirmation. Microsys Computers is not liable for delays by the courier or postal services but guarantees to hand over consignments within 7 working days from order and payment confirmation. All orders are delivered to the registered address provided during payment. Microsys Computers is not responsible for any damage to orders in transit.

How the delivery charge is calculated for multiple units and some products? For Indian customers, the shipping charge is approximately Rs.75 to Rs.150 + (dependable on weight / box size) for all orders. Currently, We do not ship products out of India. For multiple products ordered the program adds up the weight of all the units ordered and charges a delivery fee. Disclaimer The product will be delivered to all urban areas in India serviceable by major courier agencies. For remote/rural areas the product will be sent by local couriers / Indian Speed Post and may take more time.

We are accepting pre-paid orders and have begun to process orders in our operation center located in Navi Mumbai. We are liaising with our courier partners to begin deliveries from 27 May 2020 in accordance with the respective central, state government, WHO guidelines. 1. Are you delivering orders from 27 May 2020 in all (green, orange, and red) zones? We are glad to begin our preparations for delivering your orders in our operations houses located in the green zones in accordance with central and state government guidelines. We are liaising with our courier partners to begin deliveries in the cities of Navi Mumbai and the green zones around India from 27 May 2020 in accordance with the respective central and state government guidelines. We would not be able to deliver to the containment areas, societies, etc in the zones at the moment. 2. I have already placed an order, when will I receive it? We are gearing up our operations as well as working with courier partners across the country to start delivering all products to Green/Orange zones following the Central and respective State Government guidelines. Hence, deliveries may take longer than usual. We appreciate your patience in this regard. You will be notified of the courier information when they are shipped. 3. Is it safe to receive orders? Microsys Computers has collaborated with the courier partners to ensure the deliveries may be contactless. For further guidance on the same, please refer to the World Health Organization website. 4. What is Microsys Computers doing to keep customers and employees safe? Customer safety is the most important thing to us and we are closely monitoring the impact of COVID-19. We are ensuring all the necessary measures and precautions to be taken to avoid the spread of the disease. All our deliveries will have contact-less execution through our courier partner. We, operate in the operation center after proper hand sanitization, also checked for good health, and maintaining social distancing. We constantly sanitize the workplace. We follow all the government, WHO guidelines and take necessary precautions very strictly.

The warranty period will be the same as what the manufacturers (brand name) will be providing. Parts will be delivered within two to three days of time after payment received. Customers will have to submit faulty/non-functional hardware to the respective service centers of a concerned hardware company. Items sold will not be taken back. No warranty on burn parts, import products.

If you encounter any issues with a product, we recommend contacting the service center of the respective hardware or software company, providing them with the product details and information about the defect. However, please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges. In the event that a product is returned by the courier company as undelivered, the buyer will be responsible for paying the shipping charges again if they wish to have the product resent. Please be aware that our policy remains unchanged, and we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

Refund request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants/Courier or postal service and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
