This covers the basic diagnostic and repair services. However, please note that any additional hardware repair or replacement costs will be charged separately. 
In the event that the system starts functioning properly after performing card level service, there will be no extra charges. However, if chip level repairing of the hardware is required, additional charges or the cost of replacement parts will apply.

Our response time for service calls is usually within 1-2 hours, depending on the call load. Service calls booked before 5:30 PM are attended to on the same day. Calls booked after 5:30 PM may be attended to the next working day, subject to slot availability.
