What are the Visiting / Service Charges for Computer?

Our minimum service charge / visiting charges for a desktop computer is Rs.499/- Any hardware repair or replacement cost will be charged extra separately.

Which Area Do You Provide Computer Services?

We provide service between Navi Mumbai & Chembur. Onsite Locations for Computer Desktop Laptop Sales & Repair Services:- New Panvel, Kalamboli, Kamothe, Khandeshwar, Mansarovar, Kharghar, CBD Belapur, Seawoods, Nerul, Shiravane, Juinagar, Sanpada, Turbhe, Vashi, Kopar Khairane, Mahape, Rabale, Ghansoli, Airoli, Mankhurd, BARC, Deonar, Govandi and Chembur. We also deal in all types of computer hardware and IT product sales PAN India through our eCommerce website https://www.microsys.net.in/shop

Do you take AMC of Home PC?

Yes, we take non-comprehensive A M C of home PCs.

Do you replace faulty parts on site?

Yes we replace most of the faulty parts on site.

What are your working hours?

We work from 10.30 AM to 7.30 PM except for government and national holidays

Do you sell or upgrade PCs, Laptops?

Yes we do upgrade and sell IT equipment.

You solve a problem, but what if it occurs again in next 2-3 days time?

We provide a free visit on a case-to-case basis.

Do you repair computer parts onsite?

No we do repair computer parts at our repairing center only.

What are your charges for repairs of parts?

Repair charges vary from part to part and case to case.

Do you repair Laptops?

Yes we do repair laptops of all brands.

Do you accept Credit cards or Debit cards, UPI, PayTM?

We do accept credit cards, debit cards, UPI & PayTM instant money transfers.

Do you take guarantee of user data on PCs that you service?

No! We do not take guarantee of user data. Users must take data back-up before calling us or sending their Pcs, laptops for repair service, etc.

How long do you take to attend to service calls?

Approximately within 1-2 hrs based on call load. Service calls booked before 5.30 PM are attended same day. In the case of a Call Load, Calls booked after 5.30 PM are attended on next working day. Subject to Slot Availability

What is the Shipping Policy?

Orders placed after Saturday 12:00 PM will be processed for shipment only on the following Mondays. Orders may not be shipped on Saturday, Sunday, or Government and National Holidays. * The delivery time estimates may vary slightly from State to State. Days are calculated as working days, excluding Holidays. ** FREE SHIPPING FOR A LIMITED TIME PERIOD, ON LIMITED PRODUCTS ONLY. For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or government speed post only. Currently, We do not ship products out of India. Orders are shipped within 1-3 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivery of the shipment subject to Courier Company/government post office norms. Microsys Computers is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 7 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the registered address of the buyer as per the online payment, credit / debit card only at all times (Unless specified at the time of Order). Microsys Computers is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.

How the delivery charge is calculated for multiple units and some products?

For Indian customers, the shipping charge is approximately Rs.75 to Rs.150 + (dependable on weight / box size) for all orders. Currently, We do not ship products out of India. For multiple products ordered the program adds up the weight of all the units ordered and charges a delivery fee. Disclaimer The product will be delivered to all urban areas in India serviceable by major courier agencies. For remote/rural areas the product will be sent by local couriers / Indian Speed Post and may take more time.

What are the Terms & Conditions

The warranty period will be the same as what the manufacturers (brand name) will be providing. Parts will be delivered within two to three days of time after payment is received. Customers will have to submit faulty/non-functional hardware to the respective service centers of a concerned hardware company. Items sold will not be taken back. No warranty on burn parts, import products.

What is the Return / Refund Policy?

Customers can contact the respective service center of a concerned hardware company with details of the product and the defect. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Refund request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants/Courier or postal service and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
