Shipping Policy

For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or government speed post only. We do not ship products out of India!

​Orders are shipped within 1-3 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivery of the shipment subject to Courier Company/government post office norms.

Microsys Computers is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 7 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. 
 
Delivery of all orders will be to the registered address of the buyer as per the online payment, credit/debit card only at all times. 
Microsys Computers is in no way responsible for any damage or loss to the order while in transit to the buyer.


Affiliate Program
Buying from any 3rd party website under an affiliate program etc, Microsys Computers does not take any responsibility. Customers may contact respective toll-free numbers/chat/mail support through their website.

Return & Exchange Policy

Some products can be listed but provided on demand to fulfill the buyer's requirement/order, such products will not be accepted as returns or exchanges. If the product is a malfunction, then the buyer can get a replacement from the respective service center of the Brand according to their policy. If the product is unavailable in stock after online payment, or Microsys Computers will unable to deliver the product then the buyer will get a refund. The convenience fee charged on the orders or booking of services is non-refundable. The Return & Exchange Policy does not cover Affiliate Programs, Digital Downloads, Any kind of Branded or Non-Braned Products, or Any Recertified or imported products. Any product will not be covered under the return and exchange or warranty or guarantee by Us. 

Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Microsys Computers for your technology services needs. We are committed to providing excellent service to our customers. Please review our refund policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions regarding refunds for our services.

 

Service Bookings: Refunds for computer or laptop repair service bookings are available only if the booking is made outside of our designated service area limit. In such cases, a refund will be issued after deducting any applicable convenience fees incurred during the transaction.

 

Other Services: Services such as domain name booking, hosting services, website designing, etc., which have been pre-approved by customers, are non-refundable.

Products: Products listed but provided on demand to fulfill the buyer's requirement/order are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If such a product malfunctions, the buyer can obtain a replacement according to the respective brand's policy.

 

Unavailable Products: If a product is unavailable in stock after online payment, or Microsys Computers is unable to deliver the product, a refund will be issued. However, convenience fees charged on orders or service bookings are non-refundable.
