This Service is Recommended for Standard Desktop Computer Microsys Computers divides their visiting charges into two categories: Hardware and Software. If you book and pay online for either a Hardware or Software service, the corresponding service/visit fee for that category will be waived. During the visit, the technician will focus on the category you have booked and paid for, and provide the necessary support. This means you will not be charged for the service/visit fee for the category you have already booked and paid for online. In the Hardware category, you will only be charged if the part needs to be replaced or for component repair. In rare cases where you require support for both Hardware and Software simultaneously (such as if your hard disk has crashed and needs to be replaced and the operating system software reloaded), you will be charged for the service/visit fee for both categories, as per standard rates.
