Orders placed after Saturday 12:00 PM will be processed for shipment on the following Monday. Orders are not shipped on weekends or national holidays. Delivery times may vary by state and are calculated as working days, excluding holidays. Free shipping is available for a limited time on select products. We ship domestically through registered courier companies and government speed post. Currently, we do not ship internationally. For Indian customers, the shipping charge is approximately Rs.75 to Rs.150 + (dependable on weight / box size) for all orders. Currently, We do not ship products out of India. We, operate in the operation center after proper hand sanitization, also checked for good health, and maintaining social distancing. We constantly sanitize the workplace. The warranty period will be the same as what the manufacturers (brand name) will be providing. Parts will be delivered within two to three days of time after payment received. Customers will have to submit faulty/non-functional hardware to the respective service centers of a concerned hardware company. Items sold will not be taken back. No warranty on burn parts, import products.

If you encounter any issues with a product, we recommend contacting the service center of the respective hardware or software company, providing them with the product details and information about the defect. However, please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges. In the event that a product is returned by the courier company as undelivered, the buyer will be responsible for paying the shipping charges again if they wish to have the product resent. Please be aware that our policy remains unchanged, and we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
