Microsys Computers divides their visiting charges into two categories:
Hardware and Software.
If you book and pay online for either a Hardware or Software service, the corresponding service/visit fee for that category will be waived.
During the visit, the technician will focus on the category you have booked and paid for, and provide the necessary support. This means you will not be charged for the service/visit fee for the category you have already booked and paid for online.
In the Hardware category, you will only be charged if the part needs to be replaced or for component repair.
In rare cases where you require support for both Hardware and Software simultaneously (such as if your hard disk has crashed and needs to be replaced and the operating system software reloaded), you will be charged for the service/visit fee for both categories, as per standard rates.

Due to factors like fluctuating costs and irregular demand, it's not always feasible to keep every hardware part in stock. Specialized or less common components may have higher costs and limited availability. This means we may face challenges replacing specific hardware immediately during service visits.
In these situations, we work closely with you to identify problematic components, providing detailed information and guidance. Our experienced technicians assist you in making informed decisions regarding necessary hardware replacements. We're committed to finding suitable solutions, even if it involves arranging specific hardware on demand. It's important to acknowledge the limitations of providing gaming PC services. In some cases, we may recommend seeking a second opinion for cost-effective solutions. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
