COVID-19 Guidelines:


We, Microsys Computers are committed to the Safety of Customers and our Employees!

Customer safety is of utmost importance to us and we are closely monitoring the impact of COVID-19.

Since we are proving doorstep services for Computers, Laptops, etc We have defined and are filling guidelines below:

A:- After the engineer steps inside your premises/house he assures you to use Facemask, Sanitized/Washing Hand with Soap, or Wearing Hand Gloves.

B:- We advise customers to avoid physical contact with engineers during their visit, also keeping the computer system area clean & sanitized along with keyboard - mouse/touchpad is highly important.

C:- Microsys Computers request customers to stay away from the Room/ Cabin Area where the computer is placed until our work is getting over.

D:- During the work the Customer will have to wear Face Mask is Mandatory.

E:- Microsys Computers hold rights to refuse the work/call if they find any lack of safety majors such as keeping social distance or health issues with customers. Health issues such as Cold, Fever, Coughing, Sneezing, etc. In such conditions the visiting charges will not be refunded.

F:- After engineer leaves the premises, we also advise customers to clean all the surfaces which were touched, used by engineers during work for your better health and safety which includes floor with proper precautions as per government health department guidelines / WHO guidelines.

Please Note: If any job is time consuming then engineer will be picking up system for repairs. Customers will be charged extra for pickup and drop services. 

Additionally, by any chance if anyone from Customer's side or Customer falls sick with covid-19 symptoms or gets covid-19 positive, we highly advice customer to update us asap for future safety.
