What is the Shipping Policy?


For orders shipped through Blue Dart, the delivery status can be checked online @ http://www.bluedart.com/ by providing the tracking number for your shipment. (Tracking number is provided in your Shipment confirmation email)
For orders shipped through DTDC, the delivery status can be checked online @ http://www.dtdc.in by providing the tracking number for your shipment. (Tracking number is provided in your Shipment confirmation email) For orders shipped through Delhivery, the delivery status can be checked online @ http://www.delhivery.com/ by providing the tracking number for your shipment. (Tracking number is provided in your Shipment confirmation email) For orders shipped through EcomExpress, the delivery status can be checked online @ http://www.ecomexpress.in/ by providing the tracking number for your shipment. (Tracking number is provided in your Shipment confirmation email) Orders placed after Saturday 12:00 PM will be processed for shipment only on the following Mondays. Orders may not be shipped on Saturday, Sunday, Government and National Holidays. * The delivery time estimates may vary slightly from State to State. Days are calculated as working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays & Holidays. ** FREE SHIPPING FOR A LIMITED TIME PERIOD, ON LIMITED PRODUCTS ONLY. For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or government speed post only. Currently, We do not ship products out of India. Orders are shipped within 3-4 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / government post office norms. Microsys Computers is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 7 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the registered address of the buyer as per the online payment, credit / debit card only at all times (Unless specified at the time of Order). Microsys Computers is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.




Shipping & Delivery Policy (Services)


Delivery of our product & services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration. For any issues in utilizing our services, you may contact our helpdesk. How the delivery charge is calculated for multiple units and some products? For Indian customers, the shipping charge is approximately Rs.75 to Rs.150 + (dependable on weight / box size) for all orders. Currently, We do not ship products out of India. For multiple products ordered the program adds up the weight of all the units ordered and charges a delivery fee. Disclaimer The product will be delivered for all urban areas in India serviceable by major courier agencies. For remote / rural areas the product will be sent by local couriers / Indian Speed Post and may take more time.




Orders and Deliveries during the pandemic Covid-19


We are accepting pre-paid orders and have begun to process orders in our operation center located in Navi Mumbai. We are liaising with our courier partners to begin deliveries from 27 May 2020 in accordance with the respective central, state government, WHO guidelines. 1. Are you delivering orders from 27 May 2020 in all (green, orange, and red) zones? We are glad to begin our preparations for delivering your orders in our operations houses located in the green zones in accordance with central and state government guidelines. We are liaising with our courier partners to begin deliveries in the cities of Navi Mumbai and the green zones around India from 27 May 2020 in accordance with the respective central and state government guidelines. We would not be able to deliver to the containment areas, societies, etc in the zones at the moment. 2. I have already placed an order, when will I receive it? We are gearing up our operations as well as working with courier partners across the country to start delivering all products to Green/Orange zones following the Central and respective State Government guidelines. Hence, deliveries may take longer than usual. We appreciate your patience in this regard. You will be notified of the courier information when they are shipped. 3. Is it safe to receive orders? Microsys Computers has collaborated with the courier partners to ensure the deliveries may be contactless. For further guidance on the same, please refer to the World Health Organization website. 4. What is Microsys Computers doing to keep customers and employees safe? Customer safety is the most important thing to us and we are closely monitoring the impact of COVID-19. We are ensuring all the necessary measures and precautions to be taken to avoid the spread of the disease. All our deliveries will have contact-less execution through our courier partner. We, operate in the operation center after proper hand sanitization, also checked for good health, and maintaining social distancing. We constantly sanitize the workplace. We follow all the government, WHO guidelines and take necessary precautions very strictly.




What are the Terms & Conditions


The warranty period will be the same as what the manufacturers (brand name) will be providing. Parts will be delivered within two to three days of time after payment received. Customers will have to submit faulty/non-functional hardware to the respective service centers of a concerned hardware company. Items sold will not be taken back. No warranty on burn parts, import products.




What is the Return / Refund Policy


We do not accept returns or exchange. Customer can contact respective service center of a concerned hardware company with details of the product and the defect.




Refund Policy


Refund request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants/Courier or postal service and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
